Rhinoplasty

In some ways, this is the ultimate facial cosmetic surgical procedure. Deciding upon an approach to each person's nose is a difficult procedure that may take several consultations.  Pictures are taken at the first visit.  On the second appointment, the patient has an opportunity to see their nose from many perspectives which normally aren’t seen by him/her.  I like to spend quality time with each patient to understand what their goals for the procedure are in an aesthetic and to help them understand the subtleties of various approaches . The goal is to optimally match the nose to your other facial features. In most cases, all work is done on the internal framework of the nose, followed by redraping of the skin to the new shape.
