Sagging skin in the upper eyelids can cause a tired look, though at times this may be caused by drooping brows with or without excess eyelid skin. Because others look at our eyes first, addressing this problem is often the best investment one can make in facial cosmetic surgery.  Upper eye lid surgery is a stratight forward procedure.  Some people return to work in a few days.  Lower eye lid surgery tends to be more complicated, there will be bruising and swelling that settles within about two weeks.
