In some patients, upper arm skin can lose tone and hang unattractively from the arms. With a carefully placed incision, excess skin and fat can be removed, restoring the contour of the upper arm to near normal. This is a common problem and patients are almost always very happy with the improvement seen.  This is a relatively quick procedure with an aesthetic improvement that is almost immediate.  Patients return to normal full activity within two weeks.
